Requirements:-

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on tooling development (nugget packages, project templates, SDKs, etc.).
• Experience building .NET Nugget Packages and .NET Project Templates.
• Extensive experience in software development (backend) using C# (version 7 or higher) and .NET (3.1 or higher) ecosystem.
• Extensive experience in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB), and caching systems (e.g., Redis).
• Proficiency in understanding and upgrading .NET Core solution codebases with multiple projects.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with advanced concepts such as the Actor Model, event streaming platforms, etc.
• Familiarity with advanced data structures in Redis.
• Ability to apply scaling principles to a production service.
• Proactive leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• • Familiarity with intermediate-advanced concepts of C# (Expression Trees, Reflection, threading, versioning, tooling, instrumentation, etc.).
  • At minimum a BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or a related degree, , or equivalent professional experience.
