Job Responsibilities

• Sales: You are able to sell complex and turn key solution projects to large companies or high level public authorities. Selling and satisfying your customers are not a must for you, but your daily targets.

• Sales Management: Proven skills in defining and developing the sales strategy based on structured sales, Retail Sales Management (RSM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Strategic mindset: Sets and develops strategies that align with long term goals; Understands operational processes and how to improve these to enhance business performance;

• People management: Proven management and leadership skills, Takes responsibility for people, actions and projects; Develops individuals and teams to reach both short and long term strategies; Allocates resources (human, information, and financial) to achieve targets.

• Result oriented: Takes initiative and works under own direction; initiates and generates activity and introduces changes into work processes; makes quick, clear decisions which may include tough choices or considered risks.

• Ethics: Upholds ethics and demonstrates integrity; promotes a transparent culture and responsibility and an ambassador of Scania´s core values.

• Communication: Able to communicate organizational goals, visions and how to reach them to different audiences; adapts interpersonal style based on the context and needs.
