Requirements:-

• Engage in the continuous development and implementation of the Group’s regulatory compliance program.
• Engage in the implementation and regular review of regulatory changes within the Group’s compliance framework.
• Provide guidance on legal actions involving or against the company, coordinating with External Counsel as necessary.
• Draft and review legal contracts, agreements and other necessary documents for the Group and/or associated Mutual Fund companies.
• Provide Company Secretarial services for the Group and/or associated Mutual Fund companies.
• Provide legal advice to the Group and/or related Mutual Fund companies addressing legal inquiries from internal and external clients Conduct research and prepare memorandum and/or legal opinions on assigned legal topic.
• Mitigate legal and regulatory risk and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure appropriate actions are taken upon identifying legal risks.
• Handle complaints against the Group and/or related Mutual Fund companies and any associated legal and regulatory issues.
